Creating a paid task reserves the quoted credits. Successful work settles that reservation; failed work releases it under the credit expiry rules. Editing and previewing your design do not start a paid export.
Monthly credits expire at the end of your subscription billing period and do not roll over. Expiring credits are used first.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; current paid-period credits remain valid until their expiry. No unlimited generation, additional storage or priority rendering is included.
Availability and the current quote are confirmed inside the studio before checkout. A subscription does not grant rights to third-party music.

Credits pay for processing and exports. The studio shows the applicable quote before you submit a task; a credit is not a fixed number of seconds or a whole song. Different operations may have different prices.
Credit purchases are currently available only with a monthly subscription.
Yes. Sign in, open Quota & Credits, and choose Cancel renewal to use the secure billing portal. Cancellation and refunds are different: see our refund policy for payment assistance.
The application releases the reservation for a failed job. Monthly credits that have already expired cannot be converted into permanent credits. If a completed file is missing or unusable, contact support.
You must own or have permission to process and use the music, lyrics and artwork. Uploading an audio file or accessing a shared link does not itself establish copyright ownership.
Sign in to the studio and select a package in Quota & Credits. When purchases are enabled, checkout is hosted by the secure payment provider identified before you pay. The final total, applicable taxes and supported payment methods are shown there.
The homepage uses the same video component and layout code as Motion Studio and its exports. It shows original sample lyrics with synthetic timings, without audio. Your own song, timing, palette and design settings determine your result.
